Description : Scope of Work/Overview: This project includes a full retrofit of the interior lighting to be converted LED and a retrofit of all the water fixtures including a Urinal, Toilet and Washroom Faucet Aerators - Floors 1, 2 & 3, Basement, Penthouse and Elevators are included. For the interior lighting, the existing T8 lamps (which constitute most of the interior lighting) will be replaced using glass LED T8 lamps as in the mock-up. No lighting fixtures or ballast replacements will be conducted, however any ballasts deemed incompatible will be removed and replaced. The water fixtures will be replaced to reduce water consumption and will help ensure the bathrooms stay in a clean and healthy condition for building users through the increase in use of automatic flushing. Stairwells and all washrooms have already been upgraded to LED lights, therefore excluded from scope of work.
