Description:
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking to procure general contracting services for site renewal project at Ontario Court of Justice (OCJ). Without limiting the project scope, the purpose of this project is to upgrade the existing parking lot, light fixtures in the lot and accessibility of the site.
Work to consist of the following, but not limited to:
1. Exterior work such as grading, asphalt paving, line markings for parking, curbs and ramps, minor landscaping.
2. Cleaning rust and painting existing metal railings.
3. New bollards around fire hydrants.
4. Excavation, trenching, building shoring, backfilling and grading for building electrical services upgrade.
5. Replacing existing pavers with new permeable pavers in from of public entrance.
6. Redoing curbs to match FADS standards of barrier free access.
7. Creating new speed humps for safe sidewalk.
8. Repaving damaged areas of site with heavy duty asphalt, refer to civil documents.
9. Replacing existing light fixtures with new LED lights, replacing pedestrian lighting with new light poles and heads, replacing canopy lights and wall packs, refer to electrical documents.
10. Installing conduit and electrical for EV charging stations (including L2 dual charging stations)
