- The City of Trail is requesting expressions of interest from qualified contractors or horticultural service providers to undertake the seasonal planting and maintenance of flower beds, pots, and hanging baskets located throughout Trail. This initiative aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our community spaces and promote environmental stewardship. This Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is intended to determine whether there is enough market interest to proceed to a competitive bidding process. In the event there is enough interest in this requirement, the City may, but is not obligated to, initiate a competitive bidding opportunity. No contract will be formed between City of Trail and any party responding to this request.
