• Tender are invited for Contract of Supply - Irrigation Parts
  
  Tender Details SCOPE
  This Invitation to Tender is for a Contract of Supply that consists of the supply and delivery of irrigation parts on an as and when required basis on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources - Provincial Forest Nursery.
  
  This Contract of Supply will be effective from contract award to March 31, 2026, plus two (2) additional one (1) year renewal options upon mutual agreement of both parties.
  
  OPTION YEAR PRICING
  GNB reserves the right to negotiate lower pricing with bidders in the option year(s). GNB may consider price increases in the option year if deemed to be reasonable and based on market conditions, not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If a mutually agreed upon price cannot be reached GNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the item(s) in question.

  Equivalent products may be accepted upon review and acceptance by the Department of Natural Resources.
  
  HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
  Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Vendors should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should not include taxes.
  
  There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid.
  
  DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
  Bidder should deliver the goods within 10 days upon receipt of an official order.
  
  Bids must include pricing for delivery and shipping to the Shipping Address stated above.
