Tender are invited for Contract of Supply (COS) - MicroFocus Content Manager

Tender Details This is a re-tender of ITT 8025110-25 and ITT 8025110-25R1.

This document highlights required clarifications in relation to the requirement to provide a Manufacturer's Published Price List, revision of term length and includes an itemized pricing list for price submission.

Proponents who previously submitted under 8025110-25 and/or 8025110-25R1 are required to resubmit no later than the submission deadline posted on NBON to be considered. Submission for the previous tender, or submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.

Service New Brunswick will not be splitting the contract; the contract will be awarded to the Proponent with the lowest overall price and meeting all tender requirements.

Proponents must be an authorized "Silver Level" reseller for/of Micro Focus products/services at the time of bid submission.

GNB/SNB reserves the right to request proof to verify reseller authorization prior to contract execution.
