- Description:
- The York Region District School Board (YRDSB) and York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) invite proposals from established professional service agencies capable of providing fully licensed and accredited Contract Agency Support with a Child Youth Care (CYC) diploma or equal on an hourly basis at various YRDSB and YCDSB locations throughout York Region. These personnel will be offering the highest quality of services and programs to students with complex needs. The Boards anticipate a combined average spend of approximately $2 million dollars annually for this Contract.
Usage shall be on an as-needed basis. The successful Vendor(s) / Service Provider(s) acknowledges and agrees that the Board has made no representations, warranties or agreements that any volume of products/services shall be purchased.
The successful Vendor(s)/ Service Provider(s) shall:
Meet all required professional performance standards and comply with the Boards policies and procedures in all duties pertaining to the services required.Meet all accountability requirements; regulations, and ensure compliance with privacy laws including but not limited to:Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).Provide Contract Agency Support services to YRDSB and YCDSB locations.The services shall include students enrolled with the respective school Board in a variety of settings. These students may demonstrate any combination of but not limited to:
