- Detailed_Description : As described in greater detail within the RFB, the Caland Area is contaminated with (i) polychlorinated biphenyls, and (ii) petroleum hydrocarbon compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds and various metals and will be inundated by water by early 2027. The MNR is separately procuring construction services (tender_20428) to perform certain excavations of contaminated soil and construct a Soil Staging Area. This procurement is to obtain contract administration services for that construction contract.
Scope of Work : As described in further detail in the RFB, the scope of work generally includes providing contract administration services for the separately procured construction contract to remediate the Caland area. - Documents:
