BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to retain a consulting engineering firm to provide contract administration, inspection, and materials testing services for the construction of a proposed roundabout at the intersection of York Durham Line (Y.R. 30) and Bloomington Road (Y.R. 40)For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S): The below mandatory requirements, per staff requirements, shall be met to submit a proposal to this RFP.
