Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the South Maple Reservoir Phase 2 Construction as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
For the Project, the Consultant shall retain one of the pre-qualified On-Site and Excess Soil Management Qualified Persons, as a Subconsultant to perform the Qualified Person scope of work in compliance with Ontario Regulation 406/19 for On-site and Excess Soil Management. Refer to Appendix M for the list of pre-qualified On-Site and Excess Soil Management Qualified Persons and Appendix N for the Request for Prequalification of Region approved Qualified Persons.SITE VISIT / MEETING: For details regarding the site visit / information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below.
