Description:
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-28 Contract Administration and Construction Inspection for Shirley Road SPS Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Shirley Road Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) requires sustainability and capacity upgrades. The upgrades have been fully designed and the project is at the tender ready stage. The Niagara Region requires a qualified firm to undertake Contract Administration and Construction Inspection Services for the project.
This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 9 - Sewage Pumping Stations.
