-serif"The Province invites interested suppliers to submit Responses to qualify for a Standing Arrangement with the Province, onsubstantially the same terms and conditions in Appendix A, under which theProvince intends to purchase Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) Mask (i.e., the Goods).Product Distribution Centre (PDC) has been supplying CPAP Mask to British Columbia EmergencyHealth Services (BCEHS) at approximately 2,400 units per annum./The Goods are to be provided on an as, if and when requested basisand no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect tothe timing, number or value of Orders that may be requested from the Contractor over the term. A Standing Arrangement established pursuant to this RSAdoes not confer an exclusive right to provide the Goodsto the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure the Goods by any other means, including use of other agreements, or by other procurementor contracting methods.The Province intends to enter into a Standing Arrangement with the top highest scoring Respondent who meets all mandatory criteria, mandatory qualification criteria and minimum scores, if any. The term of the Standing Arrangement is anticipated to commence in November 15, 2024 for an initial term of three (3) years to November 14, 2027.
