Tender are invited for Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has directed the implementation of border restrictions and border control measures related to travelers, chief among these being testing and quarantine measures designed to help prevent the introduction and spread of the virus in Canada. Verification of travelers- compliance with obligations has allowed PHAC to know whether its approach to enforcement is effective and what adjustments it may need to make to help limit the spread of the virus. The objective of the work is to maximize PHAC-s ability to contact travellers and improve compliance monitoring and traveller compliance, by ensuring that PHAC continues to be supported in the design of new campaigns, re-design of existing campaigns, and in maintaining the operational efficiency of the contact centre.
