TITLE: PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CHIEF PEGUIS TRAIL EXTENSION WEST MAIN TO BROOKSIDE - ALTERNATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY VALUE FOR MONEY STUDYD4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of independent assessment ofalternative project delivery methods, asstated herein (this RFP 346-2025) and as required byD6 though D9 inclusive.D4.1.1 The Services shall be in accordance with the City's Project Management Manualhttp://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#2and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templatesmanuals.stm#4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by theCity for their professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting ContractAdministrator's attention any aspect of the City's Project Management Manual or templateswhich the Consultant is of the opinion is notconsistent with good industry practice.D4.2 In addition to the Consultant's obligations under C7 the Consultant shall:(a) provide the Consulting Contract Administrator with accurate information related to theServices at all times;(b) exercise reasonable care in providing the Services and achieve astandard of competenceof a reasonably skilled person engaged in work in the profession to which the Consultant isengaged to provide the Services; and(c) act in the best interests of the City when conducting theServices
