- The Region of Peel (herein the “Agency”) requires the services of a qualified Consultant to assist in updating the TransHelp Master Plan. The purpose for the update is to clarify the Agency-s vision and plan for the provision of transportation services for persons with disabilities residing within the Regional Municipality of Peel.
The Master Plan Update services will include, but are not limited to:
An analysis of current ridership and financial data; developing updated ridership and financial models, including forecasting and resource planningReviewing current service delivery model effectiveness Operational and policy analysis, including industry scans and best practices reviewAccessibility for Ontarians with a Disability Act (AODA) compliance reviewDeveloping a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Plan
