- The City is seeking a proponent to investigate factors affecting the tree planting opportunities in new neighborhoods. The proponent will conduct a survey of tree planting specifications and analyze neighborhood planning processes in Saskatoon and other Canadian municipalities to identify phases and tools (e.g., policy, processes, standards, etc.) that impact dedicated space for tree planting resulting in a final report that includes recommendations to optimize tree planting opportunities.
