Description:
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the "City") is requesting proposals from qualified temporary staffing agencies with the capability and experience to provide temporary employees on an as and when required basis to support the needs of temporary or auxiliary employees to fill short-term positions or support the City during periods of high demand that exceed existing capacity as stated in the Buyer Attachment titled "PS20251263-TS-RFP - Scope of Work". Interested parties ("Respondents") are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. Term of the contract & options - a 3-year period, with 3 possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 6 years. The RFP will be administered through the City's electronic procurement portal (the "Supplier Portal"). Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
