Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Strategic Planning, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The Purchaser is seeking a consultant(s) that will assist in facilitating the development of the Successful Proponent-s Strategic Plan by November 1, 2023. The successful candidate will: Design and facilitate working group sessions with senior leaders (including the Board and Executive) in the organization to develop the Organization-s Mission, Vision and Value statements. Support engagement activities with staff across the organization to gather information that supports the development of the Strategic Plan Facilitate and support the development and prioritization of organization-wide strategic objectives to achieve the mission and vision of the organization over the lifespan of the Strategic Plan.
