Description:
The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to engage professional consulting and contracting services with demonstrated expertise in migrating municipal records to the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform and implementing streamlined business processes within M365 to enhance operational efficiency and records management.
The selected proponent(s) will be expected to provide strategic guidance, technical implementation, and change management support to ensure a successful transition to M365. This includes assessing relevant current systems and processes, designing optimized workflows, and ensuring compliance with applicable records management standards.
This procurement is conducted in accordance with the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
