- The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is seeking proposals from a qualified integrated consulting team (the “Consultant”) to provide Consulting Services (the “Work”) for building retrofits at two (2) City owned recreation facilities. The successful Proponent (the “Consultant”) shall be responsible for providing all necessary architectural and engineering design services and contract administration for the building retrofit construction as defined in the City-s consulting services.
The recreation facilities in scope are Moses Springer Community Centre (MSCC), located at 150 Lincoln Road in Waterloo with an area of approximately 73,000 square feet and Manulife Sportsplex and Healthy Living Centre (RIM Park), located at 2001 University Avenue East in Waterloo with an area of approximately 320,000 square feet. - Documents:
