Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Consulting Services - EMS Wainfleet Buildout, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Niagara Region is seeking a qualified architectural firm to act as Prime Consultant to renovate the former Township of Wainfleet-s Fire Hall, which will be operated as an EMS base. The Region is looking for an experienced architectural firm that will provide value to the project with demonstrated ability in delivering this type of project in scope, on time and on budget with specific emphasis on quality and performance.
The EMS base being considered for renovation is located at 31907 Park St., Wainfleet, Ontario. The building was built in the 1960-s, and was previously a Fire Hall for the Township of Wainfleet. There are no existing drawings of the facility and so all areas and aspects of this renovation project will need to be taken from existing conditions on site.
This RFQ is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2024-RFSQ-262 specifically Category 1.
