- This project involves consulting services to evaluate the electrical/generator system on both SPS stations for the City of Cornwall.
All travel time required to perform the work shall be included in the bid pricing, with no additional travel-related charges permitted. The contractor is expected to complete all work within 45 days from the date the tender is awarded.
Upon completion, a draft report shall be submitted for review and approval, with an allowance of approximately two weeks for comments and revisions prior to issuing the final report
The evaluation will be based solely on the prices submitted.

An opportunity to view site visit has been organized during which suppliers may inspect the site and associated equipment. Suppliers are strongly advised to consider attending, however, this is not a mandatory meeting.
