Description : The District invites detailed Proposals from professional, experienced, multi-disciplinary consulting firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in: economic development; land use analysis; employment and industry trend analysis; statistical and data analysis; engagement and public input facilitation; visioning and strategic planning facilitation; prioritization and SMART1 action development; and service delivery assessment to deliver an Economic Development Strategy for the District. The overarching purpose of the Strategy is to focus the District-s economic development efforts and provide a five-year roadmap for the District towards achieving its OCP 2030 economic development target for a diversified and resilient economy supporting 36,000 local jobs.
