- This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to prospective respondents to express an interest and demonstrate capabilities in the development of an Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) for the AFNWA. Based on the review of the RFQ submissions, AFNWA intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified and short-listed respondents for the submission of proposals for the provision of services as generally described within this document and further detailed in the future RFP.
