Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services, Critical Power Redundancy, Health Sciences Centre as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The purpose of this RFP is to secure a Supplier to provide prime consulting services for the installation of redundant critical power systems at Central Energy Plant 1 (CEP1) located at 677 Notre Dame Avenue of Health Sciences Centre (HSC) campus. Scope will include the installation of 4,160V and 600V secondary electrical distribution for CEP1, as well as removal of obsolete equipment and systems, and all other required associated work to achieve a fully functioning system.
