Description:
The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is seeking the services of a consultant to:
Assist in the development of an economic development strategic plan that will develop a vision and mission statement, goals, objectives, organizational resources, key performance measurements and an action plan for the future that aligns with the corporate strategic plan. The new Strategic Plan will assist the Municipality to plan for strategic growth into the next several years.
Engage residents, businesses, community organizations, municipal council, and other key agencies and individuals in the process of developing the plan; andCollect information from stakeholders in the development of a new economic development strategic plan with the intent of using this information to help staff, senior leadership and Council in the creation of other corporate project plans.
