The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh (Town) is seeking proposals for the services of qualified professionals (Proponent) to complete the preliminary and detailed design including approvals, prepare the tender package, provide construction services, and inspection services for the Cedarwood pump station Reconstruction Project at 345 Gauthier Drive, Tecumseh, ON
The expected professional services below are required:
Professional services associated with the engineering design of a sanitary pump station (including commissioning), and utility coordination;Professional services to prepare one full tender package for the project;Professional services to complete a Stage 1 Archaeological Assessment;Professional services to engage third-party utilities, the City of Windsor, and other stakeholders; Professional services to complete a pre-order ‘Request for Tender-(RFT) document for long-lead equipment purchase (provisional); Topographical survey including utility confirmation suitable for detailed design;Legal boundary survey prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor;Professional services associated with the excess soil regulations;Professional services associated with collaboration with MECP, Essex Energy, and the Town to discuss and examine the potential for the new backup generator to participate in the Capacity Auction program;Geotechnical study covering excess soil, vibration mitigation, structural needs, and groundwater mitigation;Professional environmental services associa...
