- Each year, the City of Delta invites tenders for its CCTV Inspection Program and its Trenchless Rehabilitation Program. The objective of these two programs is to identify and repair the City-s sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure. The City of Delta is seeking a consultant to work in cooperation with Delta-s project manager for both programs and to manage and administer the programs.
