Description:
The Town of Halton Hills is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for conducting a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) of 21 facilities. The assessment will evaluate the physical condition of each facility and facility assets, identify major maintenance needs, and capital requirements. The project will also include a revision to the Town-s current facility asset inventory including an update to asset attribute data and capturing missing facility component data.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
