Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to Consulting Services for Brayfield Manor Exterior Site Upgrades Located at 919 Bray Circle, Town of Newmarket. As further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
SITE VISIT/ MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a site visit / information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory. For details regarding the site visit /information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below.
