- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for the Water System Upgrades at Makwa Lake and Douglas Provincial Parks, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The scope of work will include all water system elements including but not limited to: Water treatment plant building, Treatment and process equipment, Raw water supply (well) equipment, and Distribution equipment and pipeline. The key deliverables include an assessment report, preliminary design, and detailed design package including drawings and cost estimates for Ministry review to improve the water systems at Makwa Lake and Douglas Provincial Parks.
