- This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for Wastewater Lagoon Upgrades at Narrow Hills (NHPP), Good Spirit Lake (GSLPP), and Greenwater Lake (GWLPP) Provincial Parks as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
