- The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide consulting services for the development of a new Amenity Cost Charges (ACC) program in alignment with Bill 46 of the Housing Statues Amendment Act, 2024. It is envisioned that simultaneously as the new ACC program is adopted, the City-s current Community Amenity Contribution (CAC) Program will be repealed or amended as required to ensure that the objectives of the proposed ACC program are met.
