Description:
The intent of this RFP is to secure one or more Proponent(s) to provide best in class training services for advisors in ATB-s retail banking, business banking, and investment professionals. This is part of a large scale initiative that will focus on leveling up ATB-s training programs, delivery, and measurement so that our advisors in our retail, business, and wealth management areas (collectively, our Areas of Expertise “AOEs”) have the capabilities they need to show up differently - and equipped with cutting edge knowledge and skills to support a best-practice based consultative sales practice.The objective of this program is to enable approximately 700+ client-facing team members to deliver a differentiated client experience through a robust industry specific training program. Successful implementation of this training initiative could involve a multi-modal approach (face to face, webinar/independent and cohort training) as well as resources to support sustainment during the post-training period.Additionally to the aforementioned client-facing team members, there are up to an additional ~1200 retail banking team members which we may want to offer foundational learning materials (skills to include but not limited to; cold calling, negotiations, and conflict resolution). Implementation and sustainment activities related to this subset of ATB team members, if adopted, would be conducted and maintained internally.
