- The City of Quinte West (the ‘City-) is seeking proposals from an experienced and qualified Consultant Engineering firm to complete the preliminary and detailed design for the urbanization of Highway 2 from County Road 40 to 2nd Dug Hill Road including the reconfigurations of County Road 40, Little Farm Boulevard and 2nd Dug Hill Road intersections with Roundabouts. The Consultant shall be responsible for including all work necessary to identify and satisfy the requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process. It is anticipated the work will be a Schedule B activity.
