- Scope of Work/Overview:Study to analyze the condition of the retaining wall and provide options for replacement and cost estimates. GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) survey is required in spot locations to determine the extent of reinforcing steel corrosion and/or deterioration. Consultant is to investigatethe surrounding area ie, adjacent Building (South side) and the roadside (East side) for any potential issues to are or could impact the retaining wall. Upon completing the surveys an engineering analysis of the findings must be completed to develop a reasonable rehabilitation and/or replacement planfor the retaining wall. consultant is also to provide the current life cycle on the existing wall.Anticipated award date: June 30, 2025 Anticipated consultant start date: June 30, 2025Draft Study report submission: December 5,2025
