Description:
Design services & construction services for Improvements at 2599 Speakman Drive, Mississauga, Ontario:• Installation of a new door (specs provided) and sidelight (must be tempered glass, w/security laminate) to room 125. Door 125B to be exactly like door 125A.• Paint new door, frame, and partition to be consistent with site colours.• Additional security equipment to be installed.• Wiring already in ceiling for devices.• Existing Pac poles to be removed with cabling to be put up in ceiling.• Installation of a 90-degree motion sensor (wall-mounted), card reader and flood detector.• Relocation of existing camera (#25) to opposite corner.• Installation of Door Contacts for the half-door and for the full door.• Installation of Electric Strike and Piezo Security Alarm.• Installation of Exit Sign, indicating which door is intended for exit (in the event a fire alarm is activated for example.• Relocation of pre-action system bell (HVAC) and electrical.
