- So that the City is well positioned to respond to this anticipated urban growth and demographic change, this Request for Proposal seeks the services of a qualified team with expertise in engineering, asset management, pipeline inspection, and leak detection to complete an in-service PCCP inspection, leak detection and condition assessment report that assists the City in maintaining critical water distribution system infrastructure.
The successful Firm will be tasked with inspecting approximately 9km of the City-s existing 900mm (36-inch) PCCP to determine the existing baseline condition, locate existing leaks, determine pipe wall condition for pipe degradation, and provide a condition assessment report.
The project is expected to be awarded in April 2025, and the Final Condition Assessment Report shall be submitted no later than October, 2025. - Documents:
