Description:
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking Bids from vendors with experience in municipal solid waste management in British Columbia, including expertise including expertise in landfill gas collection system and flare station design and operations, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachments. Interested parties ("Respondents") are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.

Term of the contract is expected to be a 3-year period, with 2 possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 5 years.

The RFP will be administered through the City's electronic procurement portal (the "Supplier Portal").

Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
