Description:
Scope of Work/Overview:Review existing SOP and update and recreate in a revised format to include all existing HVAC, mechanical, plumbing systems and equipment. Update should also include inspection, cleaning, maintenance, testing and verification requirements for the aforementioned systems. As well as providing sequence of operations for each of the HVAC and Mechanical systems in the building, as applicable. Calibration procedures for all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation are also required. HVAC SOPs for systems containing halocarbon shall include specific procedures that seek to prevent the inadvertent release of halocarbon. Completed SOP is to be submitted in an electronic revised format that is readily updatable by BGIS qualified staff as well as in a Word document formatting.BGIS Professional Services will provide details on the consultant scope of work and format for updated SOPs.To develop the required SOP, the consultant shall:* Review and verify the CMMS inventory ensuring all equipment within the building that forms part of the SOP is captured, if not the consultant is to notify the project manager to have a CMMS completed and ...
