Scope of WorkDemolition of identified vacant structure located in Pickering Lands Site (Transport Canada). Work includes preparing Designated Substance Surveys and abatement along with detailed plans and specifications for demolition. Scope of work to specify abatement work, environmental mitigations, species at risk identification and mitigation, tree trimming/removal activities, utility disconnections, decommissioning of wells, cisterns, & septic systems, decommissioning of fuel oil storage tanks, and demolition activities followed by restoration of land with clean backfill and sod/seed to grade. Assets identified are located at the following PIN 614543-3 5090 Sideling 22: Demolition of a 4-unit residential apartment building.Consultant following initial investigation is to provide two options in the design brief: option 1 is to be demo of the structure and option 2 is to retore to a residential building.
