Tender are invited for Construction of Water Supply Wells - Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ)
Project Description : The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=BAL01-2021-02-26The Town of Balcarres intends to retain an experienced and qualified water well drilling contractor to complete the installation of one - 50 mm diameter PVC plastic cased observation well to an approximate depth of 128 metres and the construction, development, and pump testing of two - 200 mm diameter stainless or carbon steel cased water supply wells into the Hatfield Valley Aquifer, to approximate depths of 190 metres. The wells will be located in Section 13 - Tp 21 - Rg 12 W2, near the Town-s existing water treatment plant. To expedite the completion of the work, the drilling contractor will be required to supply 2 suitably sized drilling rigs and all the personnel and support equipment necessary for the simultaneous operation of these 2 drilling rigs. This work is referred to herein as the Balcarres Project.With reference to Article nos. 500 to 520 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement - Consolidated Version, the Town of Balcarres hereby invites experienced and qualified water well drilling contractors to submit a pre-qualification document to complete the work described above.This opportunity is subject to copyright.
