- The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior building upgrades at St. Patrick High School. Contractor to provide a building permit to remove, supply and install new exterior aluminum windows & flashing, and interior sills for each window as indicated on the plans and specifications, parging repairs, brick re-pointing, new aluminum vestibule doors and camera with Kantech card reader. Work to be completed only on the original portion on Selkirk St. wing, indicated on the drawings.
