Description:
The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board invites interested parties to submit quotations for the installation of a new fiber cement board and corrugated metal panel exterior façade on a portion of St. Ignatius High School.
This project includes, but is not limited to, new lighting, mechanical louvers, door painting, and parging. It also involves the demolition and installation of new aluminum windows, including new sills, returns, and painting, as well as the demolition and installation of a new canopy over the existing entrance.
Additionally, the work encompasses the demolition of three existing ballasted roofs and the installation of new ‘Elevate- insulation, coverboard, and EPDM roofing. Parapets and roof curbs are to be raised to accommodate the new insulation thicknesses and to provide new cap flashing. The main entrance will be updated with new interior aluminum doors and ceiling modifications, including but not limited to new door operators, push buttons, a Kantech card reader, and painting.
