- The City of Vancouver (the “City”) intends to prequalify apool of companies or consortiums with expertise in providing constructionservices for bridge rehabilitation and seismic retrofits. The successful Applicants will then be invited to bid on approximately four (4) or five (5)Invitation to Tenders over the next three (3) years for projects on the Granville Street Bridge and the Cambie Street Bridge. The successful tenderer(s) will be responsible for developing and implementing its own project management, quality control and assurance, health and safety management, traffic management and environmental management systems among any other project requirements.
