Description:
The Corporation of City of Mississauga is seeking to procure a General Contractor for the lifecycle replacement of the asphalt parking lot, concrete and asphalt walkways, various mechanical units, overhead doors, lighting, exit signs, and emergency lighting. The project will also look to upgrade various service areas to comply with FADS and AODA by replacing millwork and installing ADOs.
The Lakeview Golf Course features multiple buildings, walking trails, and a parking lot. The Club House is a 916 square meters two-story building that contains locker rooms, snack bar, golf shop, and offices. The golf cart storage is a 266 square meters one-story building that is used for golf cart storage.
High-level scope of work but its not limited to:
Replacement of asphalt parking lot, concrete and asphalt walkways, and lighting c/w provisions for future EV parking spots.Replacement of mechanical units such as HWT, RTU, unit heaters, exhaust fan, sump pump.Replacement of interior and exterior lighting and emergency lighting.Upgrade millwork to be compliant with FADS and AODA.Install ADO-s at various entrances.Replacement of ceiling tiles and carpet.Replacement of overhead doors.More detailed information can be found in Appendix C - Statement of Work and Appendix E,F,G,H & I for Drawings and Technical Specification.
