- This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for Construction - Oakmont Reservoir & Pump Station Upgrades project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Work under this Contract comprises general construction of upgrades to Oakmont Reservoir & Pump Station located at 35 Oak Vista Drive, St. Albert, Alberta, to be undertaken is generally described as all labour, equipment, material, software, and on-site services, for the installation of Vertical Turbine Pumps, Standby Power Generation, Equipment, Motor Control Centers, Major Electrical Wiring, Air Handling Equipment, Gas Fired Unit Heaters, control and instrumentation devices, Soil Retaining Walls, and other system appurtenances necessary for complete and functional operation. Services will include supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training.
