Full Title: Construction of New Lighting House Bridge & Associated Works - Rainbow Stage - 2015 Main StreetD2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction and installation of new lighting house bridge and associated Works at Rainbow Stage, located at 2015 Main Street.D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) To remove and dispose off site the existing house bridge platform and its associated components.(b) Provide means of disposal and storage of disposed materials, debris and other materials in close proximity to the work site.(c) Construction and installation of new metal fabricated lighting and sound house bridge complete with decking, stage/bridge access ladders, platforms, guardrails, swing gate, hangers, etc. as specified herein.(d) Construction and installation of new lighting and sound house bridge truss system.(e) Construction of stage right and left ladders and platforms for access to house bridge.(f) Construction of installation of new metal framework for new exit doors to provide access and egress at Rainbow Stage facility.(g) Final complete vacuuming, cleaning and washing of all surfaces affected by demolition and construction work.(h) Contractor responsible for all Closeout Submittals to include Engineered Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, certificates of completion, etc.(i) Contractor responsible to obtain all applicable permits.D2.3 The funds available for this con...
