Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Expression of Interest. HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region intends to retain a Contract Manager (CM) through an RFPQ and RFP. The CM will assist the Region, Engineer, and CMAR OA to determine the best process for Project execution, including scheduling and bid packaging opportunities. The selected CM must have the capability to self-perform a portion of the construction work and have expertise in reviewing engineering design and making recommendations.
