On behalf of Edgewater Gardens, MMMC Inc Architects is inviting Construction Managers to submit a proposal to provide Construction Management Services for a 64-bed long term home (“EWG”) addition to be constructed in Dunnville, Ontario. The site is located at 428 Broad St West, Dunnville, Ontario. The addition will take place on grounds owned by Haldimand War Memorial Hospital and attached to the current Edgewater Gardens to create one continuous 128 bed home. This Request for Proposal (RFP) document sets out the requirements for the Proponent-s submission, evaluation criteria and selection process. To be considered for this project, a proponent-s average annual construction value for the past 3 years must exceed $35M Canadian annually. It is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT that proponents and members of their team have past Long-term Care experience.
