To build a new Long Term Care (“LTC”) Home at 6910 & 6930 Lantzville Road, Nanaimo BC. The scope of the Project includes the construction ofa three-storey (3-storey), 306 bed LTC facility of approximately 26,530 gross square metres in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Included within the overall bed count is:1) One (1) twenty-bed (20-bed) hospice unit,2) One (1) 26 bed unit for a specialized LTC population of younger residentsThe LTC living areas comprise multiple small houses ofno more than fifteen (15) residents each.
